P.F. Candle Co, a Los Angeles-based fragrance company makes life smell better through candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, incense, and eau de parfum. After having experienced large growth over the last three years through retail they were now looking to grow their direct-to-consumer ecommerce presence and revenue. They had a strong creative and content team and were looking for a partner to drive the digital marketing strategy and optimization of their paid accounts.

At the time, the only channels they had invested in were Google Ads and campaign-based Facebooks advertising. Through our ads management process, we revamped Google AdWords and Shopping, added Bing to the mix along with a retargeting program and an always-on Facebook advertising strategy.

RESULTS:
Gross revenue through the ad platforms experienced a YoY increase of 116% and 120% increase in sales. Cost per order decreased 41% while their return on ad spend (ROAS) increased 66%.
